Benefits of Running (part 3:turning an individual sport into a team sport)

Last year for a fathers day present my wife signed me up to train with 1st Marathon.  1st Marathon is a training group that was designed to coach people how to finish a marathon.  In my case specifically the Arizona PF Chang's Rock n Roll Marathon.

Ways Runners Can Avoid Blisters.
